This song was an incredibly swift, collaborative effort between Princess June and our magical producer Steve Rizzo! The lyrics are partially quoted and inspired by ‘A Child’s Garden of Verses’ by Robert Louis Stevenson (published in 1885). We consider this a musical adaptation of ‘The Land of Story-Books’ that encapsulates childlike wonder at Christmastime. We put the lyrics together and arranged the song in studio as a family, the perfect way to create a folk-jazz Christmas tune

This album is an accumulation of songs collected from several years of our development as songwriters. Recorded at the Stable Sound Studio in Portsmouth RI, we finally have a debut release that we are beyond proud of sharing with the world. We hope this collection of songs brings you peace, exploration of your inner child and connection with the beauty in the world around you.
